Audience: The audience would appear to be wide ranging since the function and focus of the Library of Congress is so wide-ranging. Though more likely, its audience is literature and culture buffs.

Business/Site Goals: The site goals of the Library of Congress blog are hard to ascertain as the site explicitly states that it does not represent official communications of the Library of Congress. It would seem that it is a site that draws attention to an assortment of literary and cultural events, past and present.
