Site Description: The Oregon Tourism Commission created this site to promote cycling-related travel and tourism in the state.

Audience: This site is for is cycling enthusiasts who like to travel. I don’t think it is geared for the casual cyclist.

Business/Site Goals: The Oregon Tourism Commission wants to attract more visitors to the state of Oregon. They want the tourists to stay for a long time and spend lots of money. They also want the tourists to have a great experience and come back to Oregon for repeat visits. And the commission wants to position Oregon as a great state for cyclists who like to travel.

The site makes it easy to get details about traveling with your bike in Oregon, trails, road rides and events.

Technologies Used: HTML, CSS, Flash, PHP, MySQL.
